Promoting technical and scientific research for producing medical equipment for diagnosis and therapy; promoting or supporting research programs in domains such as: preserving the population health, applying the various forms of traditional medicine, utilizing the Romanian natural therapeutic resources and materializing the local intelligence and creativity with the purpose of improving present human life in our country.

Supporting of such researches until their results will be applied in production and the Romanian medical centers will be endow with equipment for diagnosis and therapy;

Testing of medical equipment, in collaboration with medical centers;

Organizing, managing and developing attendance centers for diagnosis and therapy for population by self-administration or by shareholders (joint ventures, etc.);

Endowment of these medical attendance centers by competitive, high performance equipment; obtaining a high specialization, technical and professional degree and standing, in order to get the best rate of cost effectiveness, efficiency and profit;

Organizing medical attendance center’s to assure medical consulting and therapy for about 50 persons a day on a area of minimum 150 m2 or 250 m2 (with potential increase in the future);

Supporting and developing medical and social research and attendance, information and documentation, medical education of people;

Supporting education and specialization of medical and technical personnel; developing a modern, ease, efficient, pleasant medicine;

Creating national databases in the field of medical imagery by local research in the frame of "National Center for Medical Imagery";

Supporting the establishment of a medical center called "One Day Hospital" in Bucharest – Magurele;

Editing and printing materials dedicated to the purpose and objectives of this foundation.

The foundation’s objectives will be accomplished by:

Documentation exchange between foundation’s members and other economics units, private persons, etc.

Organizing workshops, round tables, national and international colloquiums and symposia;

Organizing professional meetings with wide participation or only between specialists to solve the problems which can occur within the foundation activity;

Collaborating with technical and research institutes, information and documentation institutes, technical publishing houses, professional organizations, as well as governmental and non-governmental organizations;

Collaborating with similar national or foreign foundations in order to obtain more information and documentation for its further development;

Holding assistance activities in the field of activity of this foundation, either for this members or for other persons;

Permanent collaboration with other professional foundations (from industry, scientific fields);

Involving in co-operations contracts, in a professional manner, with national or foreign companies, and governmental or no-governmental organizations;

Organizing training courses and seminars in its field of activity;

Elaborating studies and researchers in order to make the best decisions;

Organizing and publishing specialty magazines, reviews, syntheses;

Participating together with SC OPTOELECTRONICA - 2001 SA at marketing studies, fairs, exhibitions, in order to promote its activities
