HOW IS MADE
First step in hologram manufacture is the design. In this process are created the graphical and security elements of the hologram. These elements are first selected on the customer's demands.


Hologram artwork and security elements cand be made from photos, flat art or 3D objects (using one or a combination of the  software like Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3DStudioMax, etc).

The customer should provide input data for artwork: company logo, specific image and text in Corel Draw,  Illustrator  or JPG, GIF, BMP format.


Holographic Laboratory
The glass Master is obtained by exposure of a high resolution photosensitive plate to a He-Cd laser beam


In the digital  laboratory the artwork is exposed pixel  by  pixel using a computerized laser system  ensuring 10000 dpi  resolution.
Electroforming
The electroforming bath ensures the transfer of  image exposed in the laboratory to nickel shim

Recombining
Artwork
The recombiner it is used to obtain big nickel shim from master to thermoplastic surface, step by step with required space. Shifting will be controlled by PC
